PVC paste resin, as the name suggests, is mainly used in the form of a paste, called plasticized paste, which is a unique liquid form of PVC plastic in the unprocessed state. Its main performance depends on the size and distribution of the primary particles of the resin.
 

The particle size range of paste resin is generally between 0.1 and 2μm.The particle size distribution of ordinary resin is generally between 20 and 200μm).Compared with ordinary tree materials, its forming and processing technology has the advantages of simple processing technology, low equipment investment, simple and cheap molds, easy foaming, and fewer heating times for products. It is widely used in various materials and product fields such as automotive interior parts, artificial leather, decorative materials, floor leather, wall paper, industrial conveyor belts, sports venues, coatings, adhesives, toys, disposable gloves, daily

decorative materials, electrical instruments, and electrical tools.
 

PVC paste resin is a homopolymer of vinyl chloride produced by the micro suspension process, which is mixed with plasticizers and other processing aids during processing to form a dispersed phase. Therefore, it is called paste resin or paste resin.
